I am a 2023 graduate of the University of Michigan. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA) with a major in Film, Television, and Media (FTVM) and a minor in Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture.
Hi! I’m Brian Derry.
I learned my way around editing software at a young age, making home movies and stop-motion short films on the family computer. As I grew older and gained access to new opportunities through school and extracurriculars, I honed my skills and found my niche in the realm of postproduction.
Now a full-time freelancer, I’ve spent the last 2 years building and maintaining a wide base of clients, with projects including a feature length film, political campaigns, viral social media shortform content, multicamera interview series, corporate advertising, and much more!
